We pull your lot size from public records — no measuring tape needed.
- 2. We calculate capacity
Lot − house − buffer ÷ 162 sqft per car. You can lower it manually.
- 3. Pick a pricing mode
Fixed, smart (demand-based), or live (set price face-to-face).
On event day
One hour before the booking starts, hosts see every guest on a single map with live ETAs. No more "where are you?" texts.
You were paid at booking. On event day Stripe automatically splits the payment — 80% to you, 20% platform fee — and deposits to your bank in ~2 business days.
